Hate to burst bubbles but driving any car ultra-fast takes a lot of power, no matter what your fuel. That graph would apply to gas cars as well. Here is proof. Honda Civic on the Autobahn driving 118 mph getting 6.4 mpg

does anyone know anywhere in the world where green as in renewable power lowered the cost of power?

No , but in the N.E. Atlantic Ocean, they wanted all water traffic limited to 15 mph, because of whale strikes.
Now they found out it wasn't boat traffic that is to blame ... It was all those letric fans out there ******* up the whales sonar ... causing them to either run aground or not be able to measure the boats speed + distance.
Just another example of green tard discombobulation that cost the public needlessly ...

I grew up on the upper Niagara river, Niagara Falls was not far away, so yeah I've heard about it, 60% to 75%.. of Niagara's water is used to make electric
It also helps stop the Falls from eroding.
The amount of electricity the power plants at Niagara Falls have the capacity to output is close to 4.9 million kilowatts. That's enough to power 3.8 millions homes. On the US side, plants have a capacity of roughly 2.7 million Kilowatts, while the Canadian side's combined capacity is close to 2.2 million kilowatts.

Vessel Speed Restrictions
All vessels 65 feet (19.8 meters) or longer must travel at 10 knots or less in certain locations (called Seasonal Management Areas or SMAs) along the U.S. east coast at certain times of the year to reduce the threat of vessel collisions with endangered North Atlantic right whales. The purpose of this mandatory regulation is to reduce the likelihood of deaths and serious injuries to these endangered whales that result from collisions with vessels.Because vessels of all sizes can strike a whale, NOAA Fisheries also encourages vessels less than 65 feet in length to help protect right whales by slowing to 10 knots or less within active SMAs as well.

Speed restrictions may be extended by the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) if right whales continue to remain present in Cape Cod Bay. Please visit the Massachusetts DMF website for information on state speed restrictions and advisories.

Right Whale Slow Zones and Dynamic Management Areas
Right Whale Slow Zones and Dynamic Management Areas (DMAs) are voluntary programs NOAA Fisheries uses to notify vessel operators to slow down to avoid right whales. Maintaining speeds of 10 knots or less can help protect right whales from vessel collisions. Under these programs, NOAA Fisheries provides maps and coordinates to vessel operators indicating areas where right whales have been detected. For a period of 15 days after a whale is detected, mariners are encouraged to avoid these areas or reduce speeds to 10 knots or less while transiting through these areas.
NOAA Fisheries establishes DMAs based on visual sightings of three or more right whales within a discrete area. Right Whale Slow Zones are based on both visual and acoustic triggers. They are identical to DMAs when triggered by right whale visual sightings.
NOAA Fisheries announces Right Whale Slow Zones and DMAs to mariners through our communication channels and lists zones below. The most recent designation is listed first.
All boaters from Maine to Virginia, or interested parties, can sign up for email or text notifications about the latest Right Whale Slow Zones. You can also follow us on Facebook (@NOAAFisheriesNEMA) and Twitter (@NOAAFish_GARFO) for announcements.
You can check for Right Whale Slow Zones on our online right whale sightings map. Or, you can download the free Whale Alert app, which will automatically notify you when you enter one of these areas. Learn more about the slow zones and DMAs declared last year.

These are the kind of inventions that make more sense in the inmidiate future
https://range.energy/
https://web.fpinnovations.ca/hybrid-...-heavy-trucks/
Ever see a heavy truck chugging up the moutain!
In germany they have seperate lanes at highways in steep inclines because they are going about 60km/h uphill
You could recover some of that going downhill
with all the enviromental groups would the Hoover dam be build today!?
An oil pipeline from canada is already a major problem!
Atleast a gas pipeline would still be a good ideaLast edited by PanRonnie; 03-14-2023 at 04:22 AM.

And i am all for things that make sense!
As i have less than 3 cm on both sides of the trailer getting it outside i made this mover
12nm per motor with a 1 to 5 reduction
Don't know what that is in horses or thumbs but it gets the job done

I'd really be interested in knowing how that electric cat accelerates. If cars like the Tesla are any indication, that boat might get up to max speed really quick.

We should, but it,s not possible as we have an influx of immigrants that is higher than new houses being build
They set a gole of 100.000 home,s per year but seem to be forgetting that the netherlands is the most crowed country in the world per square kilometer apart from bangladesh let alone europe so space is an issue.
https://dutchreview.com/culture/dutc...sis-explained/
So levels are going to be much higher just from activity alone, but the dutch goverment set higher goals than was neccesary from EU law.
It is now come back as a boomerang.
Moral of the story! " Be carefull what you whish for as you might actually get it!"
