Me and daughter Sam. In the paddock—-There were 29 entrants in that particular race —— lotus -Indy cars —-noise is like no other .

Was just coming dark and the temperature dropped like a stone—- Goodwood provided a thermal blanket to wrap around my shoulders —on top of the three cashmeres and a fleece. Was what one wuld call „“CHILLY ROUND THE WILLY“.

Where Jackie might have wanted to drive a fire truck like you, my desire was elsewhere.

I still to this day would like to drive an ambulance as fast as I can, on city streets towards the needed destination.

FINALLY GOT A DAYS WORK IN YESTERDAY—WILL SHOW YOU SOME SORT OF RESULT LATER IN THE WEEK . Couple of interesting concepts coming together .

Did the usual car boot forage —then the scrapyard .. honest to murgatroyd, there’s better gear at the scrapyard than there is at the car boot these days . Sold a shed load of brass and copper yesterday to a family of Hungarians .. statement has absolutely nothing to do with anything, except i shifted every Bit of brass i accumulated over the last seventy years .[ and for daft money].
Cleared A HELL OF A LOT OF ROOM shifting the copper and brass. Have two worktops free and clear. Just the streetlamp which is all done and dusted and ready for collection.
