When I was a kid, my dad came up on a gas powered jet surfboard at either a yard sale or swapmeet. Needed a carb, and I can't even imagine how many hours input on that thing. With the advancement of materials and powerplant, I could definitely see myself getting one once the prices settle down. Saw a couple youngins on electrics awhile back, surfing. Those bros could seriously carve on those things in chest high waves.
