I don't know that I've ever seen a Chinese car... but almost everything else here is ChingChing crap.

We had a bigger problem than just China. We had China Joe, the hoe and all their puppets. Most of them got a ticket out of D.C. last week.

American buiz is already returning to the states and the new team is not even in office yet. Like last time I have no doubt Trump will meet with X-ping and impose tariffs. The last four years have been like "A Weekend at Bernie's" for Chinese trade with the U.S.
As I said .. and David also commented ... we have never seen a ching-chong car over here. Let alone a POS electric one. I hope it stays that way. The rest of the world can do what it wants ...

Buick and Lincoln both import SUVs manufactured in China. Seems those are Chinese cars unless the sign on the factory makes them American.

I predicted to my friends/family that if Trump got elected our economy would improve, just like last time and was just proven correct.
I had $30k worth of crap on Craigslist forever (some over a yr!) that I couldn’t give away.
My phone started ringing before they were even done counting votes!
Within 36 hrs of the election I sold everything and deposited $30k in the bank!
Tough to explain that any other way.
First time he was elected we had a cabin cruiser listed w/a broker friend of ours.
Great guy, known him forever.
This time though, he wasn’t very responsive to our actions.
I lit him up pretty good and a wk later, sitting at the closing table, after selling our boat, he told us why.
Said that everyone shopping while under obama was setting on their money.
Said as soon as Trump was elected they called to place deposit and he couldn’t keep up w/the rush!
BRING IT!I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Very POOR memory, Rump walked into the greatest economy ever, then Covid, and giving away 4 TRILLION dollars so the economy got way over revved up with free money, that's what you must remember

Newton's third law of motion, for every action, equal and opposite force occurs.
Like CRAZY inflation, that's really Trump's fault but people simply don't understand the complexities and come up with simple untrue answers.
Trump took office at the height of the longest economic expansion in American history. The 128-month (10.7-year) economic expansion that began in June 2009 abruptly ended at a peak in February 2020, with the U.S. entering a recession due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Simple people like simple answers, when everything is extremely complicated and hard to understand.
AND to set the RECORD straight
Trump partly or completely owned several beauty pageants between 1996 and 2015. He has marketed his name to many building projects and commercial products. Trump's unsuccessful business ventures have included numerous casinos and hotel bankruptcies, the folding of his New Jersey Generals football team, Trump Air and the now-defunct Trump University. He and his businesses have been involved in more than 4,000 legal actions, including six business bankruptcies.

Since Republicans have just won the Presidency, the Senate and the House, we can expect to see record highs in the stock market. Record lows in crime. Record highs in left wing crybabies. Record lows in forcing dumb $h!z like ev's down our throats .. Yes it's a good time to be an American !
I noticed .. no one wanted to put their kid in a electric Jr. Dragster. Sales of gas and alky burning models are thru the roof ... just more signs that woketardness is dead.

$1.50/gallon gas is not out of reach, but CA just pushed through a $2/gal tax for 2026; so they might see $3.50/gallon (with federal tax) at the pump.

.
with Elon Musk being one of T's favorites, there will be more EVs down your throat and Elon will be the gateway that will allow asia-made EVs into USA
Notice that I didn't say China-made, because India will also play a part here (ref; second lady)
...and to receive US govt subsidies (for EV buyers), Elon will sell Tesla-made batteries to foreign EV vehicles setting up EV plants here
Does Tesla make batteries in the US?
Located less than an hour from Lake Tahoe, Gigafactory Nevada is one of the world's highest volume plants for electric motors, energy storage products, vehicle powertrains and batteries—producing billions of cells per year.

noli, I didn't think you would understand that the reason that you paid less for gas in the garden state is because Trump got elected. You will also see more oil refineries being built. as well as less restriction on drilling for more oil as well as fracking.
Gas prices will plummet by the end of January, making it even more foolish to own an EV.
I have no doubt that there are enough loonies that want to drive golf carts that they will continue to buy them. It's a free enterprise system, so they won't be forced down our throats. Just offered for sale. If they come from a foreign country and are not assembled here in the USA, then expect to pay a high tariff to own one.
That was a smart move on Willowbank Raceways part.
Thay didn't just make a rule, they gave reason's why it was made. Like any other rulebook, it's written it blood or from at least a previous bad experience.
The Jr. Dragsters are powered by the tried and trued 5 HP Briggs+Stratton , or an aftermarket derivative. My kid's car held aprox. 3 qts of alky in the tank and less than a qt of oil in the sump. Not much to go wrong there.
Look at the battery powered car pictured above. They had to bury the car to put the fire out and even then .. look at the heat signature from underground.
That $h!z just not safe ...
