Was head down and arse up all day.. as usual i have more than one or two concepts on the go at once.
One things for sure , my demise will never be down to idleitus—— i have four AMERICAS CUP boats on the go at once !!!!!!!! Three are fairly accurate conceptions of the new 2024 CUP CONTENDERS—. Fourth is an outrageous concept of my own —— how i would envisage an americas cup boat to be

Over the last 12 years i have watched the AMERICAS CUP. [and created] some pretty weird craft !!!
started out as mono hulls —- then went to trimarans ——back to twin sponsons —-right now they are designing the snot out of a mono thats bent and moulded into ridiculous shapes to ACCOMODATE —aerofoils instead of sails —- with the addition of legs that swivel into wings and act like HYDRAFOILS ?????.
I AM TOLD THERE ARE STRICT RULES TO BE FOLLOWED ????????supposedly to keep the cost down ?what a load of bollocks .. so how come its only billionaires like JIM RADCLIFFE [INEOS]. ARAB EMIRATES——nuff said ——— France is a nation of sailors so the french government will always raid the privy purse to ensure their team is up front.
New Zealand ???????? —no good asking me !!!!!
Switzerland ???????? Even more money than the Arabs , so there is no cash problem there !!!!!!!!

Upshot of all this is the fact that every four years billions of gold is spent trying to get two boats into the play off.
Well—as i say — i can make something of a semblance of these rigs — today i cut up a sheet of stainless steel for the foils[4sets].
Then i carved out of solid aluminum MAX AITKINS “GYPSY GIRL”and “VIOLET AITKINS CRAFT.

All this and it’s still only Thursday night. Just you feckin wait until the week end —that’s when i really get a wriggle on ——.

I am not a “RAG AND STICK” person as a rule —but there is just something totally ridiculous about the modern day “AMERICA’S CUP boats that i am a little INTRIGUED!!!!!± So i shall make them even more outrageous than they already are.
There is a huge following for the AMERICAS — but i have not yet ever managed to sell one single concept . Usually do one every four years , every one has wound up adorning SAM and CLIVE’S office . He loves the damn things anyway and it saves me chucking them under the bench just to make room for more ridiculous concepts that didn’t sell either.
SOOO— i have three of these SAILSPERSONS craft —a-la-americas cup and one really outrageous and far out concept in my own particular style .
As and when i think one is close enough to have a phoggie taken —-then i shall post you progress piccies as i go along !!!!!!!!!!

The current crop of America's Cup boats are technically amazing. The speeds they attain are stunning. However they just don't have the right look for me.

At least i got that part of the concept right “ROWDY” as i understand ??????
Now i believe its going to be easier to simply open the package and insert the said animal — then rebook the collection for monday.
Have finally finished the dog to my satisfaction —- bit disappointed i couldn't manage the correct KWACKER, wasn’t through lack of trying, had half the stall holders looking for one particular bike for the last month but with little or no success, but i will find it one day!!!!!!
Base turned out out beautiful. I haven’t fixed it to the bottom mount as the only way into the nose cone is through the base, once the concept is complete —then a dab of superglue will keep the whole shebang together.
Did get a great deal of satisfaction from creating that particular concept. Although i did have a kinda wobble when he told me his”HOBBY” ​was collecting Rolex watches !!!!!!!!!

Yeah CHARLIE —next time i pop in to either the New York or Newport Yacht club i will be sure to remind them i can do any concept required of any of the CUP contenders.
