Well, we are up and running————Roy Cooper has offered to set up a website here in England.
Still waiting to hear From Kevin West in Oz———- he’s always been slow.Still, it is the middle of the night right now and Kev is usually in a coma until lunchtime!
Might have to get Mark to help in the USA——— hate to do that to him ——- he has more on his hands than anybody I know at the minute.
Looks like Singapore is a no go area————- Kay raced there many times, but if the government was screwed by F1, small wonder they don’t want to know.
If Duggan was still alive, I could have tried the Emirates————long time since I knew anybody out there though.

Had a terrible day———- we have two year old Lizzie staying with us for three days——— her mum is in the Philippines recruiting nurses for the NHS———— dad is away in Hull sorting windows out on a cross channel ferry!
Everything in the gardens lovely————that is until Jilly falls and breaks her right leg ! Called the ambulance that just happened to have three paramedics on board, didn’t take them long to determine she was a hospital job. That was 3:30 pm.——- it’s now 18;00 hrs?
Lifes been a-box of chocolates for the last four hours——— Lizzie is wrapped up in bed and fast asleep.
Me myself finally sat down with a cold beer——- as I said, it’s been a hell of a day, considering I had been put out to pasture many years ago ! The OLD adage comes to mind———A MANS GOT TO DO WHAT A MANS GOT TO DO ———must be fifty years since I changed a nappy( diaper).
Jillys being kept in hospital overnight———— life’s never dull in our house.

Damn good idea Johnno——- to be honest, I need a dram urgently, turned 9 pm and Liz decided it was time to shed her pyjamas and play with her dollies, why did she decide tonight was going to be the stay awake night.
News from the hospital isn't good——— After x rays they found she’s broken her right Femur, just below the hip joint. Don’t ask me what this means, operation or lengthy stay in hospital seems the obvious, but what the heck do I know?
Tomorrow looks like a good day to open the malt!

Peace reigns, Little Liz finally went to sleep, just hope it stays like that until morning! Truth is, I’m bushed, I need some serious slumberland time, so that’s me goe for today——- tune in tomorrow for a look at the everyday life of the wilson family.

Liz finally went to sleep at 10:45 pm———covered her up with the blanket and hoiked myself to bed.
Kepf the hearing aid in just in case she woke during the night———2am I took the damn thing out, it was whistling and squeezing like a banshee wailer. Luckily, Liz slept right through till 8:15am——-she only woke up when she heard me rattling the pots and pans for breakfast!
Jill was “Nil by mouth” until 5am this morning, when they informed her the operation would not be today. Will know more when I’ve seen her this afternoon.
Bloody good job I got my licence back this week or we would have been up sh-t creek ?
Lizzies mum and dad just collected her. All I have to do is clear up after the tornado !

Jackie - So sorry to hear the new about Jill. Hope the surgery goes well. Take good care of yourself as she is going to need you when she gets home. As Rotary John pointed out, you will have to assume the role of "lady of the house." Just be sure not to do too good of a job or it may become permanent.

just discarded my workshop clobber———-her majesty would not be too well pleased if I turned up to the hospital looking like I usually do on a weekday. Only last week she told me if I carried a tin cup in my hand,, and walked the streets of Chichester over the weekend with a placard round my neck saying “IMPOVERISHED BOAT RACER”, I would probably be able to take her up west for her dinner!

Many thanks Midlyfe —— Sunday morning and I’m just on my way to see her ! Last night , she needed a pee pee, nurse brings a bed pan———- thought to myself , Wrong !!!! Big mistake——— Jilly does not do “Bedpans”——— now if that had been me, instead of the nurse, I could now be wearing a bedpan as my Sunday hat.
Shes in bed with a busted femur——— but she still has to call the shots——— things have to be done Jilly’s way, so she calls for a cripple racer frame (with chrome wire spokes)——— hoikes herself onto the contraption and bowls herself to the douche room muttering———“it’s only pain”——— nurse looks at me and says. “I said you going to tell her or shall I?

Just had a couple of hours with the boss——— things are looking too good!

if she had her way she would be here now Bob ————-realistically, I would say Wednesday.
She’s already got the fidgets———issuing orders and instructions from her hospital bed————-bit like Al Capone running the mob from his cell, but I shall deny I ever said that.
apparently she’s raced the zimmer down the ward five times already————-going to be hard to keep out of the firing line once she’s back.
May have to rig up a hammock in the workshop and discard the hearing aid !

Oh yes, she’s definitely on the mend————got my full list of instructions——— hairbrush, mirror, make up and razor, sargeant Jill is barking out the orders.
Better make the most of my last days of freedom——— got a feeling the days of me holding the TV control are nearly over.

Need to clear the dishes———-vacuum the whole house——— empty the dishwasher———-take out the garbage———- fill the cats bowl———make the bed. Told the driver to go round the block a couple of times.
Just not cricket sending her home without warning.
Try and fill you in later in the week———- they just unloaded the Zimmer and the cripple crapper, excreta about To hit the whirlygig.
