Mark moved his boat up to up to the new workshop------six years in the making ( up to now ), its within a gnats cod of completion. Been in Stuart for 14 years, but sadly WCM have outgrown their old premises.
Now everything is under one roof with plenty of room to expand and a modern building with A/C-------we are eating bear from here on in!
We got unloading bays ----sixteen foot doors-----an airfield-----parking for fifty cars on tarmac-----Jesus wept, the boys will feel like pigs in clover, and the girls will all have air conditioned offices
Move will be complete by the end of the month!
Massive garage sale of tools and equipment----all surplus to requirements-----get yourselves down to Gran Park Way Stuart-----for the deal of a lifetime------everything has to go!

I am sure that they have, but father time has a way of making one forget. So, sit back and turn up the volume and enjoy...

Well, I suppose is was bound to happen someday, I just hoped against hope it wouldn't happen to me again. Last thing I needed was another bloody "STROKE"------Feckers sneak up on you when you least expect it. Totally without warning-----one minute you're right as ninepence-------the next, your trying to string a sentence together with a mouth that feels full of cotton wool. You know what you want to say, but really can't be bothered to explain, just too much effort. It's all a bit gibberish-------that's when you know you're in trouble !
Ive had them twice before and each time I've been taken to hospital and kept in for four or five days, this time I wouldn't let them call the paramedics-----just had Jilly talk me through it, ask me things like date of birth, mothers maiden name ------children's name-----places and people ------raise hands above head etc.
The episode lasted no more than five minutes but leaves a trail of devastation in its wake, ---------first thing that happens-----driving license suspended for six weeks-------all insurances null and void-----you are now effectively a "non" person. Course, you now have the equivalent of a criminal licence with a record as long as your arm-----premiums will sky rocket-------insurance companies rub their hands together with great joy, knowing they can legally squeeze the life blood out of you.
Believe me , there is nothing clever about a stroke-----you have less than one hour to "SORT" it. Do not ignore it-----get help immediately.

Life was trundling along nicely ----then I got this real hefty kick in the goolies that sets me back light years, I ain't got that much time to fart about.

I do try to keep the "TRICKS" thread cheerful and topical with a strong boating side to it, sometimes you just have to take a deviation!

All this on top of the Poorlie Paw---------how does the old song go----

The sun comes up, and the sun goes down,
This old world keeps on going around.
    Life gets tedious don't it?

    BUT it's ALL WE GOT,!
