ok update:
got a hydromotive today and finished the changes with a lot of guidance from Kevin, he's the man, that I think will make a biggggggg difference, I spoke with hydromotive during the week and they went up to Tuff with some props they settled on there version of a cleaver a QIV although the blue 21 was running a 31 they didnt have one so he sent me a 30 which they will exchange if it dosent work, I picked up another gear case to test and IPM whos been doing cases for over 35 years did an outstanding job with it it does have a Vne of 200mph lol Mario is the same guy that does most of Wernher Von Browns 225 rebuilds, he also is doing most of the 2.5 rebuilds for the race teams,21 Tuff, Mercury 300X

I thought the top priority of the project was to maintain your 7 year warranty.
I guess you're going to keep the stock M2 lower unit to put back on the 300 when it goes to your BRP dealer for warranty work.

really priority was to have trouble free boating, which I think I have found with E-tec, the coned gear case was an experiment for knowlege, dont forget this was all new to me, this one says this, this one says that, really without really knowing, except for kevin, who has hands on experience with the white motors, now for sure by the end of this month I will have ringed out every possible senario with these motors, the bottom line in what Im seeing is that this boat with that motor may tickle 92mph, thats it, Tuff boat out of the factory is not a open bay type of boat without a lot of changes, ie, cg, weight distribution, etc, the boat will have to give up the big numbers for being stable and pretictable in the waters in which we are used to here on L.I., to take a Tuff out of the factory with 18" of setback, and I dont care black or white, will never work in our environment.... the boat needs a lot of tweeking to make it a predictable handing boat, you cant run a 21' bow light boat in a 2' foot chop with any kind of wind blowing, Ive taken the boat to a point to what I felt was just about at the envelope of safe prudent operation, these videos of the Blue Tuff running on the drain plug, really try that on the North Shore, I promise you, you will be swimming, again this is what I felt in my seat of the pants so to speak, hosestly speaking outside of a few things comparing Merc to E-tec in the performance arena, in my estimation mercury blows e-tec away, I said this from day one this was a decision I made to go white, am i totally happy? no, am i totally disapointed ? no, theres always a trade off and comprimise, I promised to be totally honest, and i think I am.....

I kinda agree.
BajaBag the side water inlets, tap (for fine threads) and temporarily close with round top screws the top two of the six nose cone inlets and raise the prop shaft to 1/2" above that 7.5" wide pad you have and you will do 95mph on GPS with the right 15" or larger wheel, the rear seat installed, and 7 years of trouble free warranty.

I'd rather be well balanced and accelerate like a beast than hang it out for speed.
