...looks to be a BP prop. both the 2 blade and the 3 blade BP props were 12'' diameter. commonly used popular mercury props back then...

The blade shape says yacht prop.
Perhaps an interesting subject when somebody worked out a cleaver works better when surfacing
    When did that start?

    God speed Jackie Wilson.

Just noticed these recent posts on his thread and noticed they weren’t from him.

Read back on the thread to find the news.

Never met the man but had fun trading OMC Vs Merc barbs.

Funny that most of the Merc guys that never met me think I hate Merc and know nothing about them.

    100% opposite.

I enjoy the debate and have owned more more Mercs and know more about them than 95% of the people that think they hate me.

    Jackie was fun!

He put it out there and waited on you.

A wealth of knowledge, and was, I have learned, a true legend.

I will miss you and your stories sir.

What a life you’ve lead and I am sure you’re happy.

Not sure who you’re debating right now but am sure you are smiling while doing it!

    Thanks for the education sir.

I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Jacki ran a twister one engine with one to one gearcase on that outfit but for the 1971 Windemere race Garbrecht had a OIclass silo engine built 1500cc and Jacki did win his class in that race that picture may have been taken after the Windemere race.

I’m pretty certain that picture is Chasewater because of the Clubhouse windows in the background, but definitely not Windermere I will see if I can dig up and WGP pictures of Jackie.

I think you are correct in 1971 Jacki ran that little Molinari in the chasewater 500 mile race and lost his gearcase the following year they had no racing the water was too low but someone found Jackies gearcase.
