There was this dude running hard —- neck and neck with Billy and the pontoon —-then the two foot rollers came in ——— dude backed off—— Billy didnt——— me -i just hung on and prayed — hells teeth its a pontoon boat ​ “what could possibly go wrong” ?????????????

Thats fine until some guy realises who the pontoon belongs too Its only got 250 hp. and wants to go down in the annals as the one guy who went Faster than SEEBOLD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats when i move to the back and cover my head with a blanket ——- you ever been in a leaping pontoon ????

LASSIE . Was never my intention to fall out with you — we simply did not see eye to eye on certain issues . My life has been around my family and friends —- most of my friends have come from a MERCURY based family. Really am sorry you couldnt [or didnt] make the OFF meeting —- nearly fifty old timers turned up with their memoirs ——— you would have been most welcome and i know you have more phoggies than most of us put together . OFF is nothing to do with Mercury Never asked them for a penny — neither have they offered ????—- it is not a political party its for ANYONE who has had anything to do with powerboat racing ever —- offshore or circuit’

I can’t imagine Jackie with a blanket over him, holding on for dear life on a pontoon boat, while Mr. Bill is racing some other boat. I see Jackie more like standing up and cheering Mr. Bill on. Also I can’t see Jackie pull up on the sandbar with all the Florida tourist, looking like a red lobster anyway that’s dollars I am a job

After breakfast at “THE WAFFLE HOUSE “ WE kinda moseyed on down to GOODLANDS to ​“STANS” for lunch !!!!!!!!

We went to COLLIERS “REVS” INTITUTE YESTERDAY———- one hell of a motor museum——-on a par with BROOKLANDS !!!! Except the setting has cost millions ——-no expense spared ——- hells teeth there is even a county called “COLLIERS”. This is in NAPLES florida ——well worth the visit .

Not one of my usual Sundays ——-went to “JASONS DELI” for lunch i had a great salad. From there we went ten pin bowling ???????????? Last time i went bowling was 70 years ago. Just Billy Lynne and me . Billy was first up —but simply was not up to it — had two attempts but his legs simply would not keep up with the effort he put into it .Lynne plastered him up, he sat the session out !!!!!!!!??????? We went home and watched the Lakers play ——- never did make the boat either !!!!!!!!
Just a couple of days left with the Seebolds —— been here nearly a week—- still going golfing on Tuesday and Monday boating and beach combing !!!!!!!

One thing the SEEBOLDS always did was have fun . Win —-Lose or draw —they were fun to be around . As always. It’s party time at the Seebolds .
Should any of Billy’s friends happen to be passing the door —- im sure he would appreciate the visit—- i only have another two days here before i have to catch up with my rear end ——spending thanksgiving with my son Mark and his kids and grandkids [my great grandkids ] before i head off back home to a wet and windy England with a head full of ideas .
First idea is to make the worlds biggest diamond concept for Bill and Lynns 60th ​“DIAMOND WEDDING” anniversary in June 20024 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
