Yes they were. The Honda shop in Tallahassee sold them when I was in school up there They started out at the motocross trackThey And within two or three ridesstarted out at the motocross track in stock condition in stock conditionAnd within two or three ridesPeople were lengtheningThe swing arm by two or 3 inches and cantilevering the shocks forward. Also installing read valves to smooth out the torque. But they were great little bikesIn the 100 cc in 125 cc class.

You’re right I missed that one too. However you’re truly right they are rare as hens teeth I’ve only seen maybe one and again that was it the same on the shop in Tallahassee when they first came out prior to the four cylinder 750s. They were never popular in the states.

Been feeling sh-tty for the last couple of days . Culminating in chronic back ache and throwing up half the night . First time in umpteen years i stayed in bed ‘till turned ten. Just something i never do.
Also had a snotty running nose for a month—-was told it was hay fever . Afraid i am one of the old fashioned gents that always carries a couple of extra clean hankies [just in case the lady in church next to me starts to shed a tear]—-know what i mean!!!!! Been coughing and a spluttering like a drain overflow.
Spent a long time confined to barracks and not allowed in the shop yesterday thats why i was posting stuff on S & F like a demented Gippetto.
Same again today —— doesn’t make me feel one bit better , does make me good and cross , and a tad bad tempered . Do not like being locked down.
While Jill was out shopping “DODGY HOWARD” from the car boot sale came with a MULTICO MORTICING MACHINE . Had to get it into the shop in a hurry before her indoors returned . Managed it by the skin of my teeth . Not bad for a machine weighing the thick end of half a ton.
No doubt at all you’ll be hearing more from me before the day is done.

Thought i might just have a crack at the Goodwood construction . Bought a rake of beautiful classic super cars at the car boot some time ago. This will definitely be the last one ever . I will want $500 for it. Anyone of you old farts out there brave enough to buy unseen and just an idea in a 90 year olds head——- i can promise —— YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT AND ITS THE BEST MONEY YOU EVER SPENT.

Use to see these guys occasionally in the early seventies . In the days when Barry SHEENE would drop into the front garden at the farm. No telling who he would bring with him.
This Friday at Goodwood —all the old bike racers helped Wayne onto his championship winning Yamaha—-gave him a push and sent him up the hill. Not bad for someone who is paralysed and in a wheel chair.?
Wayne Rainey before his major injury, lived in Southern California not far from where Dich Sherrer had his dealership.
I also then lived close to them both.

Wayne racing in a Go Kart with hand controls.

My first 2 Wheeler with an engine.

I got it for Christmas, back in the 1960's. My parents bought it from Sears department store.

    106 cc engine.

And our German Shepard, Rebel, loved running in the grass alongside me, when I was driving on the paved road out at Lake X.
At the time I was still a year short of, legally driving on public roads.
I had a blue gas tank, but I think it was darker blue than this one.

Flying back from Havasu in 1970 in the mercury plane with Freddie Miles we struck up a deal —-i bought all his second had stock outboards and a speed six Suzuki. Railway line behind the house had been closed for years so all my kids had trikes -bikes etc. perfect testing ground —— had a good year and Christmas was coming . Sandra got a mini clubman estate. Mark got the bike —- Boo missed out on a Raleigh CHOPPER. Searched all over England without success to find one —- to this day she still moans and bitches about not getting one that Christmas .

Motor cycle racing community was a close knit affair , just like the boat racing people . Including world wide . Boat racers were from as far afield as Argentina ==usa and canada ——South Africa Australia and New Zealand . Bike riders were exactly the same . Sometimes their paths crossed . Freddie Miles was on the very first SUZUKI race team—wasn’t too shabby as a boat jockey either .
Barry SHEENE and Phil Reed were into boats big time -
Big pal of mine was REX WHITE——Suzuki race team manager —- so got to know BAZ—— BAZ was friends with Stavros —- Randy Mamola —- Kenny Roberts and everyone who ever raced a bike .
Same thing with SEEBOLD he knew pilots from every country in the world— they all went knocking on his door sometime or another . Before Knocking on the Mercury door and coming away empty handed mostly.
point im trying to make is when it comes to most sports ——-big names are just like you and me ABSOLUTELY NORMAL —JUST EXCEPTIONAL FOLK—
