Have been staking one a day for the last five years —- cured the guts ache —— dont help with the squits after Far Eastern fodder.

I can eat just about anything...........except curry. Turns me inside out. My advice for acid reflux is to learn how to sleep sitting up like during an airline flight. Lay off the fatty foods like marbled steaks and cheesy pizzas. Sure way to blow up your gall bladder. Its purpose is kinda like nitrous oxide injection. Short bursts of bile to help your stomach deal with high fat content. Having it removed (blown / shot) is no picnic. They blow your abdomen up like a tent, trim the gall bladder out and TRY not to nick your pancreas in the process. Turns your body fluid hydraulics upside down............literally. You end up with testicles the size of basketballs. Fun huh?

Dont think that was what gave me the football bollocks —— plus they sit nicely in my pants —- only problem i have is sitting down on the toilet seat if im in a dump of a hurry !!!!!!!! That does make my eyes water.

Every time the government recommends you buy a particular type of vehicle THEY GET IT WRONG.
twenty years ago it was diesel—- now they want all diesels off the road by 2025.
Flavour of the month is ALL ELECTRIC ———. Again , they just didn’t think it through.
Agreed —=they do run a lot cleaner than a fossil fuelled vehicle . Down size of this —- they already dg up half of ALASKA. Looking for LITHIUM . Nobody thought of what was going to happen when the batteries came to the end of their life ?????????
Fire brigades worldwide have told us they are not able to douse a lithium fire —— simply watch it burn out .
What if there’s a malfunction on a container ship carrying £485 MILLION worth of electric cars ????????? Ie; a battery catches fire ????? No way to put the fire out !!!!!!!!! All those 4000 electric cars ????? . Me— I'll stick with the trusty hy-brid Lexus a tad longer methinks.
