Today i recieved all the pictures back that i gave to Willabee many years ago . He gave them all back in case There are any in the collection i may wish to use in Jacks book.
reason i gave him them in the first place was because i always believed he had the best site ever in his HOT SINGLES. I still do . He is also the one who knows more about Mercury in the 70/s than anyother living person., thanks Bill.

Thanks for sharing those pics. I had a lot of fun posting them and we all enjoyed "discussing their importance" relative to the history of boat racing. I'm not sure which is my favorite, but your early run in a two seater with training wheels is right up there!

Thanks Willa , must be something about you that i liked, but im damned if i can remember what it was.
The return envelope showed that i sent the pictures to you in 2007 , you had the best site then and you still have the best site today in Hot Singles.

Only a handful of people will recognise the guy in the drivers seat, hauling Merts very first race boat to the slip.

    Who is "Shakey Bill"?

Sorry for being a young colonist.
