The thing I found with port work, is to be cautious. And with three all exhausting into a common chest, you can get all sorts of blow-back and reversion issues. That's why many race motors run stacks so that each exhaust pulse is kept separate from the others. Not saying that was the issue, but it might have contributed...

But the thing is, you are learning stuff all the way along. Stuff that others may not know. Stuff that you can use in the future as you go further in this sport

And building hot-rods is always frustrating, and fun

Yeah, I can see a tunnel with a Force 150 5-cylinder (with mods) on the back. That ought to get some attention
    Such as these did.

Haha no kidding ~ Speedy 'Fiddy! I was suprised to hit 33mph with myself and a passenger with the 50 hahahaha. Kinda winding out @ 5700 rpm,,, Must get a bigger prop!

In other news, the powerhead for the 90 is 100% together. No pics yet, busted my iPhone this past weekend. Going to try and bolt her back onto the bayliner on Wednesday!

Robby, that's hilarious haha. TREE FIDDY' !
wELL I about threw my back out today bear-hugging the powerhead onto the midsection. Had to take the lady out to dinner on the motorcycle because we have Summer in October today! Nearly 80 degrees!
But powerhead is on - Still no pics, still no smart phone, I'm in the stone age until I get brother or girlfriend to come down with me. Pizza and beer usually convince them to come down haha.

What bike? Been riding 57 years me, been everywhere USA and many month long CC trips. When lived Illinois, LOVED the "fall rides" but bundled up as getting cold, that "last ride". Always "magic"..

Swapped the motors ! Firing her up tomorrow - Need to set timing, carb sync, throttle linkage adjustments, and mixture screws. MAYBE put her in @ the dock and set idle speed too.
    I'm excited all over again.

    Stock block & porting
    Bored .030" over
High compression head (will get numbers tomorrow.. May have to put the other head on due to the lower stock ports).
    Carbon fiber Boyesen reeds

Also, a couple pics courtesy of Lady Bug from the Connecticut river ruN!

Sold my CBR 1000 F as I was going to jail if I kept up "using it", and same my vette. Know use the "foot or throttle hand"..in a boat! Couple pix my 57 650 T110, at 17. After sold my Super 90., as the Cushman, Vespa, and a kid cobbled minibikes!
