Good news is that this should lead to a new model next year with a few more ponies for the bigger O/B cats being built.
DCB/MTI/Skater all big supporters of Mercury Racing.
Sure, looks like market heading towards Seven Marine type products.
LS3 on its end with reversed cylinder head flow ( inlet on outside exhaust in the middle whould package nicely?)

Mike is one of the smartest guys out there. Like he says pay me or pay twice!! He built a pair of low boost 850 motors for me that I ran for 150 trouble free hours but they were pricey.

Please excuse me for jumping into a thread 57 pages long, After reading the first ten pages I just had to ask, Are the X cat motors with 15" mid going to be available to consumers in the near future? If so at what price?

Any thoughts to how a 21 superboat would run with one? Cant say its to heavy because we already know how they react to twins.

I read that you have to buy the 400ROS at a specific time of the year, and will be delivered within a few months?

Then you have to enter a race sanctioned event

here's another pic of the M29 with triple 400R

I don't know of a sanctioning body that has a class for the 400. Maybe they will be allowed to run in a breakout class. How wide is the tunnel on the M29? That's going to be like my old 24 skater with 3 260s considering how much more the 400s weigh.

Hard to say where slash's , lined out , hurricane swirl and Nike check paint job's came from , I would have to guess Greg Ozubko brought it to the forefront of motorsports in the mid 80's .....
