It's too bad Ted aka Rotohead stopped coming here. He had the first 100 mph Tuff (300X) and I'd bet 1 $US, the real stuff, that Ted's setback wastn't that extreme. He runs on Lake Simcoe. Not the ocean, but a big enough body of water that you can't see across it.

Your comment David got me thinking. Interesting as Lake Simcoe and The Great South Bay are about the same size from the looks of it. I think that Ted has had two Tuff 21's over the years.

Thanks Dok, I was not sure. That's what turning 40 does to the mind I guess. I thought that Ted, Blake Sewell, and Frank each have Tuff 21's that have busted the 100mph mark on GPS with different motors. I had thought that Ted might have cycled through two different Tuff's but I guess the guy still has the first one he bought as you say.

I be happy to bust 95mph, with the fishing motor, although today with the prop that doc let me try ( TXP-OT4 31) it may be promising, boy this boat loves running into the wind.................I really didnt go out today to push it, it was crazy windy and quite rough, but there where spots where me and P22 let it go,

Dirk, Did you get any new numbers the other day? Tuff posted some new info for the blue 21 on Facebook today claiming the cooler weather is a big help.

Sounds about right with Dirk out of the ,light fuel and colder air. We can all add +2 mph that way.

Real world running down here in the great South bay could be a very different story.

Keep it going, it looks like the numbers keep getting better along with the karma.
