id love to weigh a regular superboat and see interesting I really dont know anyone thtats actually weighed any of the local ones or even a progression, but the totally rigged number is the important weight i will do that once I get it on the davit
than anyone can pull up to my dock and we can weigh them too, no more bs numbers

1100lbs with interior is very impressive ! Considering also it is a fully 'cored', strong and "tough" boat. Not just made light and left weak anywhere. U will be maybe 1900lbs motor rigged, interior and sitting in water before you step aboard !

you have battery oil ect in it ready to run?
if so your looking at 1600 to 1650 ready no fuel

regular super boat is 2100 plus big differance from 2015 would be nice to see what superboat said the new ones weigh
Of course it's important to note that your old Progression 22 was not vacuum bagged. (Mine was the very first vacuum bagged 22 according to Jane.) That's why most of the weight figures you see here on Progression 22's are less than yours.

Every one of these guys that run a 30 have 1.75 gear and a more hydrodynamic case then the m2. With the side water screens open the case has to be almost 2" below which makes driving at speed interesting and slip high. I think the 30" will be good for pulling your buddies boats home on plane

i really didnt think of doing that, I was more concerned about the lifting straps failing, when you change the angle of the strapes, the load changes drastically, it was kinda a make shift lift and the strapes were on a severe angle, and they werent happy about it, but I wasnt alone.........but I ll try and do it again, but in the future Ill take pics, really the next time i planned on weighing it was on the davit completly rigged ready to run, I still think thats the most important weight, but its in line with what Tuff said it weighed 950 plus 135 for the interior just about 1100 lbs nothing special there as far as Tuff weights, it weighs what it weighs and the speed is the speed its going to go, if its 85, 90 so be it, but at least ill be boating for 5 years and not digging into my pocket,

theres more than one way to introduce water to the block, im not concerned about that when i reach that point ill address it, but dosent the case have holes in the nose in addition to the side screens? I just want to get it in the water and get a base line, I have to start some place, we will sort it out in time, getting props is the easy part,

Yes but we have never been able to get it to cool properly with the screens out of the water. You can block them all together and move it up.
