Just when I was beginning to feel sorry for myself, I get a post from a guy who has had 10" of rain in May, suddenly I feel a whole lot better and realise just how lucky I am.
Have a huge family, lots of friends, food on the table, love in large portions, beliefs I often question, and fond memories no one else can ever match.
I can honestly say I have never met anyone else I would rather be, or would trade places with, having a great life , so it's "Lucky, Lucky, Lucky me, I'm a lucky son of a gun !----I work 8hours,"??-------good name for a song dontcha think?

Did chuck it down all day here, went and had a piss poor lunch at my local watering hole, decided on roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, the beef was fine but you could have played "Frizbee" with the Yorkshire and the roast potatoes had been deep fried for the fourth time to get a bit of life back into 'em but failed miserably ------wine and coffee were excellent but at $160 for four there's definitely room for improvement.

in spite of $10,000,000 bribery scandal, FBI and Swiss investigations, Blatter is still the FIFA president-----but he's really pissed off the FBI this time so I think maybe things will change!

As usual, been an interesting sort of week, just five days to go and it's the Bristol re-Union , there should be a wealth of interesting stories to tell after that little get together.

Time for big ZZZZZZZZ/s sleep well peeps, MYGGWY.J.

Weather men have said summers just around the corner, highs of 80 for the weekend, ' bout feckin time too.
Mark heads out for home tomorrow ----been a lousy few days for his visit.
Been in agony with a frozen neck and back since Saturday night, must have gotten cold, off to see the doctor in a little while------think it's just that all my neck muscles seized up.
Wont be rushing out into the shop today.
Not playing IPads either, need both hands to hold my head on. What a bloody state for anyone to be in.

Make sure Mark loads his luggage up with all those trophies & Wings! Also, try a shot of onion soup and a bowl of brandy for the cold - repeat as necessary!

Hiya Roger, turns out I have a slipped disc and a trapped nerve-------oh well, it makes a change, I never had one of those before. Doc gave me some happy pills, (codeine and morphine) that's another first, sure do kick the pain into touch!!!

Mark travelled "cattle class" with Norwegian Airlines-----your allowed just your passport, wallet and a handkerchief---------everything else is excess baggage and $100 an ounce. One of the reasons he won't be carrying your wing home Roger.
My daughter Sam, runs a freight company out of Heathrow and will do us a good deal. Best if I let her do everything and we split the cost between everybody who bought a "Concept" and the golf trophies. There are over 20 items to ship up to now, most are 95% finished. Prices for packages vary wildly-------UPS, FEDEX AND THE LIKE, want top brick ofn the chimney-------Royal Mail wasn't too bad, Don's guitar to Canada was about $75 and 15 for insurance, easiest thing is for everything to go to Tavares and folk can pick up their purchases from there in November.

You nearly lost your ROTORY Johnno, Mark thought it was "REALLY COOL"-------high praise indeed, he don't give plaudits easily. Got to spend a couple of hours with him this afternoon -----think he might just have realised I might not be around forever!

Seebold will be a happy bunny this weekend, what with Timmy winning in Indiana, and GEICO coasting home with my lot, will be a lot of joshing this coming week, must say, I'm looking forward to it! That's me done for the day, never made the shop at all today, maybe tomorrow, MYGGWY.J.

Nearly 8am Tuesday morning and I'm still abed. Blowing gale force out there, dog nasty weather, throw in torrential rain and you got England this morning.
Slept better last night but my body still feels like it belongs to somebody else-----hope it don't leave me with a permanent humpety back.
Just had the breakfast bell, gotta go, kitchen goddess has spoken.

By the cringe, those blasted happy pills are wierd, taken in twos at four hourly intervals I can't stay awake.
Sat in the conservatory all day with a new David Baldacci novel, nodding off every five minutes but feeling like sh-t, hot one minute then cold the next, but feel nauseous all the time, told Jilly I can't take the pills no more.
No Need to go to Switzerland to end it all, just go to your GP and get a tub of the happy pills, I could walk all the way to France clean across the English Channel, the pain has left my neck and is heading downward, very strange.
Talk to you tonight, still not been in the shop, not like me at all.

Blatter resigned ! Ho ho ho and a bottle of rum, the Feds and Swissbiea just got too close to the jackpot,-----he'll disappear off the face the earth.
Now FIFA has a new slate, wonder how long it will be clean before the billions get siphoned off again. Football generates more cash worldwide than all other sports put together, where there's cash there's corruption!

Another day of my life just went by and I'm afraid I wasted it, tomorrow don't look much better either-------think my mind found an old carcass to hide in for a few days, sure as God made little green apples the one I'm in at the moment cannot possibly be mine, it aches, it waddles, it's got an humpety back and if it moves any slower, somebody will either bury or burn it.

As my sainted mother used to say, be happy with what you have, not with what you don't have, long forgotten her exact words but I knew damn well what she meant !

Mark dug out the five FONDA news letters, I read through them and went back nigh on forty. Years.
Will try and post them for you all to read, tell me what you think.

In my defence, all I was trying to do was give all boat racers an equal chance to race worldwide on a level playing field. I would have gone along with ANY formula, provided it was on a five year plan.
1litre, one point five, two or even three litres ------just as long as it was controlled.
did not quite get there, but we did put down the marker for the basics for powerboat racing as it is today.
its now wide open for discussion -----I will do my best to answer any questions but reserve the right to call on the of Willabee and T2X to help me out now and again. I'm bushed. MYGGWY .J.

    Have to tell you Phill.

Ive known better days , carted myself off to the physio, told her I didn't care what she did to me just so long as I was walking tall and upright with no sign of the "Humpety Back" syndrome by Friday, when Seebold comes in?
Think I left my own body somewhere but for the life in me I cannot remember where, bodies are like umbrellas, you take em with you, prop em in a corner, when you leave make sure you take the right one.
Physio is new to the village, seems like a nice girl, mid twenties, 34 b, middling to long legs with a tinkerbelle tattoo on her right foot, fingers like the bucket on a JCB, JUST TEARS OUT YOUR SPINE, MANIPULATES AND THEN PUTS IT RIGHT BACK AGAIN. charges $50 for making you feel like you been put through the wringer
So, no, I'm not alright Phill. I feel like sh-t, but I will make Bristol .

My sense of humour and "Gigglement" were at an all time low the last couple of mornings ---see what happens tomorrow!

Get no pleasure from corruption either in high or low places Pilgrim, Blatter loves the ladies, so first thing they should do is cut off his nuts.
Thought I would be real smart and just take Paracetamol as thecodomorpho's were making me pukey and sleepy----big mistake, I couldn't even stand up. Threw in the towel at lunchtime and went back to the "Heavy medication", need to feel a whole lot better than this in the morning or it will be Seebold and my three girls going on their own to Bristol.
Leave here 4am, Seebold lands at 6:20 am Will drop you a post once I have him on boad.
    Night all MYGGWY.J.

9:30 am, still no sign of Seebold--------that man is not fit for human consumption , you ever heard of time travellers getting lost I reckon Bill has got lost in time.
Like a prat we drove into the short stay car park u'know the one twenty quid an hour, but we were only staying a few minutes, that was 0ver four hours ago.
Lynne , you should have given him a white stick and a guide dog with a note round his neck saying " Help"
