Ray, you know I highly value your input
What is the advantage to the older heads VS. the 115 circa 2002 (I think) heads I have if there going to be cut anyway?
Here are some updated pics. You guys know I am not into and super secret stuff or lying about what I am running.
I did get his permission to post the pics.

Awesome work. Going to be a real animal. That will be able to turn up some rpm's and live. If Gordon is doing the heads, it won't likely matter. The old 130 heads on a fresh unported will give you 150 lbs. compression. Close to max for pump gas.
My prediction would be that you will easily break 90 with one of the props you have now.
Good luck and be careful.Ray Neudecker Over The Hill Gang Outboard Racing

My goal is actually to have a safer boat by having more power. I will now be able to run with the groups I run with at a lot safer trim levels. Yes, I will be able to hang it out there when conditions are just right but I will also be able to run 80+ at neutral trim.

Any piston mods other than the FP holes? Lightening? Trimming the skirts?

Its all up to Monty!
Intake side pics. Lots of stuffing. Almost looks as good as the stuffing job I did
Mine and I must say, considering I didnt know what I was doing and did this with the powerhead intact, its not far off (patting myself on the back)
This is the stock intake and then what I did when I stuffed it using PC7.13' Biel tunnel AKA "Flight Risk"

I can tell you that when I stuffed my old intake, the results were incredible. I would struggle to get on plane with anything bigger than a 26 pitch prop and after stuffing and rejetting, it popped right up with a 32 pitch. The idle was also more balanced. You can see with the stock intake side the Four cylinders have different volumes. Stuffing made the volume of each very similar and I ended up with the same idle air screw settings on each carb where before they were different port and starboard.

Stuffing the intake and front half on the vertical yammie v4 and v6 typically yields the greatest "seat of the pants" performance gain when compared to the other non-grinding, Bolton mods. Good stuff, keep the pics/updates coming.
