Tricks that old racers get up to after retirement

It was run like that at the lake also. I remember being there on another project and seeing this thing running around. The first thing I noticed was the sound. It was like no other outboard I had heard before. When I got down by the water and it came by, all I could see was a boat with this box made of wood over where the engine was mounted. I asked about it, but no one would even say if it was a outboard or stern drive. All I could get out of anyone was it was something new.

So, what do you think Jim---------we leave it naked as per original?
