Did give it a read Bob, but it looks like an overkill, but better that than doing nothing. If there was ever a way of spreading a disease, the cruise liner is the worst way to do it, no need for bullets to wipe out a continent. Let's pray it never comes to that, I got a golf tournament to see to.
