See Markus it ain't the same, a few (now many) years ago I stepped off the bus in the morning at Spa for final practice with the V 10's. There is nothing, ever never never that will replace that sound and experience, let alone the race to follow, or being in the grandstands at Indy at the drop of the lights. If you see where I am going with this....there are some things that just can't be replaced........and thankfully the CRT guys are in the same boat.

The sound of the mighty OMCs under the bridges of Rouen was fantastic as well. And we all thought we would miss them when gone. But most of us moved on...

CRT and Doug Wright today, have made a deal on an all carbon fiber 32' race boat . She will be gunmetal base color with corp group coloring and graphics. We plan to finish the build late July and run her at Loto. She will be rigged with our custom billet mids in the 12" configuration . The Carbon horned CR 2.5's will run first , then we will pull the tuners and 2.5 powerheads and drop in the 3.5 tuners and powerheads . She will be a great tool for testing our race engines . Jay Price , a world champion driver has been contracted as the throttle man . CRT is very excited about this deal and the need for speed lives on.

Doug will post some renders and his thoughts of the deal tomorrow

Glad to hear you guys are taking the logical path to showcase your new engines. With either set of powerheads you are bringing to LOTO, you should have the fastest outboard boat there. I'm hoping my converted 30 will be up toward the top of the 400R powered cats, but I will have nothing for your setup if your 2.5s/3.5s are putting out the numbers you guys are claiming. I look forward to seeing your new rig there!
