    On those K planes? Got similar my 15.6 Flatty. Its got a 8 inch pad, true flat, and 1 inch dropped chines and when they lift the hull and air under? Just gotta watch bow steer, and with twin fins under...? (basic never crank the wheel on plane as spit ya out!) They are called "Step an Trim"

    How about that "Rocket Wing" the old guy owns? "Dusty Wind" or something like that. Isn't that one of the slow ones?

    I didnt say slow.....I said slower..... the 20 footers were about 10 mph slower than the 18 footers with EQUAL POWER! Just as the glass 18 's were slower than the Earlier wood hulls. That didnt make any of them slow by any means. The 20 footer can handle V6's . I doubt that the 18's could.

    Rich, You could have at least slammed me some..I love watching your Rocket Wing run. I saw it last Nov with the other Wings and even stayed late (had to get home) just to see something I hadn't seen since Galveston 69. That would be lots of wings. Will be at OFF in November to see it again..Hope you will be there too.
