Bob: I can't remember who "Meatball" sold the Molinairi to, this Power Cat hydro went
to a collector in Australia. He is working on another Power Cat hydro now and has
a pair of Merc's set aside for it. Next time I talk to him I will ask on the Molinari

Hi Bob---Of course that is Bill Sirois' number, but I don't recall Bill ever racing a Glastron-Molinari???

Pretty sure they are not the same boat. I think someone put 998 on the yellow boat at a later time

Definitely not the same boat.....probably took the number from a Merc ad. One of my friends went to see that hull and left it stating that it was not "as advertized". Dont know what that means exactly, but the ersatz number might be an indication.

It just doesn't get much better than that!

Looking at those pictures makes it seem like when I went to sleep last night it was March, 2016 and when I woke up this morning it was March, 1970. I must be in Parker, Arizona and the Wings are gettin' ready to strut their stuff!

    The return of redbird

Ted found the 'Bird' in a shed in Ohio--

After a year of work it looks like this--

I think it deserves a 'place of honor' on Hot-Multi's

    Good Job Ted!!!
