    so my guess in total running weight no driver 30 gal of fuel hanging will be 1800lbs ish, every 100lbs is good for 1mph i should be going like 200

    one thing im will say when the boat go's back together it will be totally different from when i got it, the only thing that stayed is the guages, i removed every wire hose connecters etc..... I should have done this from day one but Im thick,
