Every sled I've had had Mikunis. But some have diaphrams.

Guys here classic boat rally , central Fla, V-4 tad heavy for 13 1/2 ft , but did run quick. Had 17 " pitch for short lakes, 23 " SS for high end.

The Evolution intake is great! The Reed cages that come with them are even better. I dont think they are any better than the monty or stoker intakes but they sure do look nice.

I found some intakes that might work OK. Funny what came from OMC that can be found if you look hard enough!
