Elon sacrificed a LOT in order to start DOGE... and he convinced a bunch of very successful, smart people to also sacrifice time with their families & running their own businesses. I really don't blame him for feeling betrayed by the "big, beautiful bill".

However, I think the republicans are going to cut spending and codify the DOGE savings but not through the " reconciliation" process.

There's not much else they can do with such a slim majority and a couple RINO's that won't cooperate.

I'm kind of shocked that Trump fired back at Elon's outburst; he should have had a ceremony & given him a medal.

Yes Elon did all of that.. Then when he didnt get his way about something he put in writing in front of the whole world that Trump was an Epstein Island client and that the proof is going to come out.. Im sorry but that is a giant deal and I think a lot of conservatives are just refusing to see it... Elon dropped the nuclear bomb of social media warfare.. That attack must be answered.. One way or another.

If there's proof, I would love to see it... it didn't come out during the primaries or elections; so it seems unlikely. Obviously they knew each other... Trump kicked Epstein out of his properties years ago for hitting on another member's underage kid.

This is a prime example of why social media is really the scourge of the earth. It is too easy to have a few beers, a couple drinks, smoke a doob or whatever & then post something. There's no going back at that point. The whole damn world just read some **** you possibly didn't really mean. Now you have to stand behind it because admitting you were wrong & just being an ass isn't a human trait. I understand why both are irritated with each other & if this hadn't gone public to the point it did they likely would work it out. Now they're both dug in & probably will never work together again. **** social media. RR
