Nice! Jack plate looks like a Vance.

Received one a little while ago for my project. What do you think of them? I really like them, nice design, very well made, straight and true. Great company to deal with also.

3” is the one rated for 225 correct? Is the material 3/8”?

First time buying a Vance jack plate it looks like some great craftsmanship. I want to say 1/2" but not sure. I was looking for the smallest jack plate with a higher hp rating to minimize burying my LU. Hope to generate some lift running a cleaver. Everything is untested and of course while putting my push pull steering together late last night I realized my new Seastar/teleflex cables do not fit my Teleflex dual steering column. Did not realize there was a old and new. Hard way to learn something when your running out of time
