Just saying in the chitter is too vague. Give some real numbers to qualify "in the chitter", and have some cut off figures to prove your prediction. GDP declining, net sales of raw materials falling (alum, steel, petrochemical) Maybe the nasdac falling below a certain number for a certain period? Even jobs growth. Hint....EVERY ONE of these is rising now.
