Ads appearing on the screen - please read

Hello All,

Most of the banners here are served by Google, and sometimes they implement changes that are thought to be a good fit for a website. Well I noticed a full-screen ad that will appear when you first visit the forum. It only appears once. Even though this ad appears just once once, I still consider ads of this type to be invasive and distracting. Those banner ads pay a great deal more revenue and believe me, the site could use it now, but I don't want that to come at the expense of such a distracting ad. I already disabled that banner, however it might take from several hours to days for it to be removed from rotation.

I apologize for that. I hate full-screen ads and always vowed to never allow them here.

I thought I hit a button on my tool bar by accident. Now if it was a full pager by Mercury Marine, that would be a different story (LOL)
