Mercury Controls
Bought some off-brand Mercury controls and tried them on my 150 XR4 and 1994 135 max. Ran into issues with both engines. Need to buy a new set of controls. Anyone have a recommendation on brand, model (e.g. Commander 2000, 3000, 4000, behind or external) and/or to go with Gen1, or Gen2 cables?

That number looks like side mount with Gen1 cables, correct?
