    While I agree that they look hideous, they are dangerous and only a *%#^*&*
    #$%^@C#$&U^&**D @$&A&* would drive a POS like that.
    I feel they should only be ticketed for the laws they break. Otherwise they could and would eventually find a reason to ticket you and I for parking on the side of the road, or something much more serious like ... burning gas or diesel ..
