If you decide to run it be very careful where you go. David is correct. As it sits you have a rebuildable motor you can sell. If you try to run it you may not have that option.

So, I got a quote of $4k to rebuild my powerhead, parts included. I’ve seen on amazon about $1700 for the kit alone... not that I would buy from there necessarily, just as a reference for cost. Does this sound in line with your experiences? My American friends here should keep in mind this is in Canadian funds. Canada, where everything costs twice as much as it should.

With a mix of chrome and cast iron sleeves you will need to run 2 different ring types so a standard rebuild kit will not be exactly what you want, just do your homework.
