Rudders and extra water pickups were used on some record boats. I have seen a few "cheater" water pickups tried on OPC boats to allow for running the motors way up high. It might have worked but it was hard to hide the plumbing.

Hmmmm.......only OPC classes that would allow aux pickups would have been the Mod classes. Definitely not the stock classes.
