Brings back a lot of memories. The opening statement is not true. Yanmar made an 18 & 25 hp outboard along with the Mac 10 which was an adaptation of the Fitchel & Sachs engine.

A couple of months before that deal was done I bought my first new car. It was a 67 Mustang v8 coupe for $2700.

Ole's park illuminated in the Norwegian night. This small park is located close to his birthplace in Hunndalen, Norway. He was named Ole Andersen Aaslundeie. He moved to Wisconsin in 1882 at the age of 5 with his mother Beatha Olsdatter and his two younger siblings. His father Anders Olsen had moved over the year before. When Ole turned 10, his father took him out of school to work on their farm instead.

Ole later took the name Evenrud, which is a farm in Vestre Toten, Norway. In Norway it was common to split out small pieces of land to people associated with the main farm, in this case Ole took the name from the smaller farm Evenrudsstuen under the main farm Evenrud. Reason: Because that was were his true protector was born: his Mother.

    WTF?

Looks like boat racing is all but done.

How about Formula E car racing?
Each team has two electric cars so they can switch cars and finish the race!

    Dont like this one bit.
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

When the European cities & countries mandate that FIA (Formula One) race cars be "fully carbon-free engines", then the trickled down effect will hit boat racing fast. Faster than a Top Fuel drag boat.
