...short ski line for the photo, the floater ski-line pulley behind the engine, cute girls, French, maybe shot in Canada...flag, & kinda choppy for skiing...all interesting notes...

Not sure how Canada made it into the equation...but up here that's what all the ski spotters look like and that is 'barefoot'n conditions' !!
