I can't find the numbers in the messages now. We PM'ed on here and Email. They should be here any day now.

I suspect they are the same as what is on it now, which is ok because I have a baseline of what that is already. I just need to find a machine shop that can take some off.
BUT... I'll wait till they get here and burn that bridge at that point. LOL

844/845 on order? Less psi than 456/457 , all less than 872/873. I think that's it. Where your 544/545 go ?

The heads that are on the boat are the 332545 & 332544.

These are the 2 heads that should be here any day now that Revenge22 sold me. He said the numbers match up from an 1989 150GT

    544/545. 175 heads , maybe?
Says it's not worth the effort to cut the GT150 heads? Which were mentioned to be the 844/845 heads.

Yeah but they look good! Maybe a .010" or a bit more cut on them will do the job. I think they probably put those on a variety of engines, as well as 150hp.

You mentioned cc the chamber. I think I read about 120-122 cc but I'm not sure. The heads you're running probably haven't been cut yet but you'll see that. Racer mentioned how certain heads flow but that's probably above your rpm range but might have something to do with the comments of don't bother cutting those heads and finding the 872/873. Maybe cutting can be done with some hand work after to better them.

Never been over. I've done the Allison boogie in the mid 90s when my 2.6 GT stuck.

Or do I get them... and sadly turn around and sell them again, so I can get the heads you listed?

Put the wires on it , get it running properly, timing and jetting if possible, see if you're happy with the performance. Absolutely it's going to get better on fuel with tune. If you have the new gaskets and heads at the ready maybe try a light cut to bump an extra 10psi. You're heads could have been cut already and the ports raised and you don't know it until you look.

I sent you a link where to find one 872/873, maybe they have the other as well. Unless someone here had one or two you're looking for an old 78,79 235hp small bore in a junk pile or old stock parts somewhere. And an 81 bubble back 150?
