Wow
Never seen that before.I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.
I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

It's becoming very common place now. I had some boats last year that I refused to touch until the fill and vent hoses were replaced.

That's why I won't use ethanol fuel in anything other than my truck. Left my track bike sitting over winter one time with ethanol fuel and Stabil. Ended up having to dump the gas out into a bucket. It had a bubble of water in it at least as big as a softball.
Lawnmowers, weedeaters, chainsaws, edger, tiller, blower, motorcycles and boats all get non-ethanol fuel. Thankfully I've got 90 non-ethanol right down the street. Have to drive a little further for 93 non-ethanol for my boats but it's worth it. Yeah, I had to shorten a fuel filler line on a Bullet bass boat once. Major PIA. ...the only thing alchohol gas can be used in, is something like a car/truck, that is used every day. nothing more, agreed.

Totally agree now that it's avail most everywhere. Going to change the pickup / vent hoses as long as I'm in there... I had to cut the floor under the console to get to the connections, they had a 6in plate for access which was worthless. I bought the newest heavy wall stuff for under the floor.
