Transom bolts are sealed inside the aluminum set back. With a lot of silicone it seems. Could be 5200. Boat was sitting in the water and it got that nasty growth under it. It came right off with a pressure cleaner. Very solid transom.

Stick a scribe through it , or drill a 1/8" hole for mush in the bilge side of it? Hope it is solid if you're hanging more to her.

To answer your earlier question, yes that transducer is a huge problem if you are looking for speed. It may be puttied or faired into the hull, I cannot imagine that it was manufactured into it. Get rid of it, clean up and fair any hole that is left, that should be the first thing you do.
    Per Rock:

"Once I bought my first Hydrostream boating changed forever for me."

    Per my hero Instigator:

"I try not to let common sense interfere w/my boat buying decisions."

thanks for the input. That's the next thing on my list. Just took my prop off and the flotorq hub was shot and cracked! Boat should pick up some speed with a new prop and hub. Trying to at least beat a seadoo spark that tops out at 48 lol. Only got 7mph to go. As if "only" was so easy to achieve.

Move the transducer, clean the barnacle remains and be sure the motor is propped to reach red-line easily. That will give best overall performance.

Just loosing the 24 grit finish on the hull bottom from the barnacle adhesive residue will net you mph for sure. More than one might realize. Been there done that on a past rig of mine...

I got most of the barnacles off with the pressure cleaner. Only stopped to not dirty the 21 ft back country sitting next to it in my back yard. I called some prop place and they said I'm at 21% slip with a dented 14 1/2 x 17p at 41mph 6000rpms. Motor is supposed to rev at 5600. I'm in the process of finding some 141/2 x 17p bow lift props I can try out before I spend the money on a wrong one. But no prop loaner place has any available for the next 2 months. I'll deff take your advice. Thanks for the input

Thanks you guys. I am having a hard time with something. My engine won’t trim up enough cause my setback has a weird transom angle. Already have reverse wedges and still not enough. If I trim my motor in to take off the rear of the cowling sits in the water. Is there mechanics or riggers that check this stuff out and correct it?

From the photo of your boat idling along, it looks normal. Anytime you have setback with those brackets, the motors will always get a bit buried upon takeoff. My buddy has his 25 ' Bluewater in the keys and when he takes off both of his suzuki cowls are buried in the wash until it gets on plane. By the way, boat looks good. Best of luck with it
