Thanks for the reply. Well that’s good to know. But I still feel as if the engine shouldn’t be trimming in as much as it does. I’ve had a few boats and never once have I seen anyone’s boat trim in as much as mines. When I trim up it I can hold it all the way up and the motor won’t over rev or loose speed. My boat never airs out or does not even the slightest rooster tail With the reverse wedges I gained 4mph which was a plus but I think if I can figure out how to trim up more I might pass the 43 mph I’m stuck at

ID:	443103This is the boat trimmed all the way in on the first pic and then all the way trimmed out while riding. Boat trims up till the 2 rams on the trim are fully extended. I’ve read online that trim extenders aren’t very good to install but I’m willing to try anything. Any opinions?

There is the possibility due to your description of running full tilt, that your motor is just simply mounted too low. Easiest way to find the ride height would be to take a straight 2x4 and line it up with the keel and see if the cavitation plate of the engine is even with or slightly above the keel.

I’ll check it tomorrow morning. Wouldn’t the set back make a difference since the motor is so far back? Should the cavitation plate be below or way above? Don’t quote me but I read something about for everything certain amount of inches back it’s a 1/2 inch up of motor height. I just don’t remember too well.
