Don't know if this is technical enough!

Does anybody know what the two colors are on a 1966, 80hp Johnson ?

Was the foot the same color or was it that gold they used? (appears it was the same as the lower cowl)

    Thanks guy's, NP

This color, maybe this guy knows? It's a retrofit for newer V4.

Ive done this 1000's times if you can find any area not exposed and faded like under trim.
Friends of mine own body shop and they have a scanner that takes a picture and it matches every single time from a long data base. it matched old rude and my yamaha and used it 3 times restoring old bikes. dead on every time and they mixed it while I waited.

I think everything below the upper cowl shoul be a silver-gray color similar to where you have the wood clamped by the cav plate. As far as color code, I habe no idea!

I know a couple of old guy's that did that stuff when they was younger. ;-)

Chaz, I'm having trouble reading the color code in your little note ;-) maybe you could "splain" it a little better.

1966 Glasspar, G3 as it sold new, all parts are there. ................. well, there's some plywood rotted away, a mouse house in the motor/carb, some other small stuff, should be able to knock it out in about 2 weeks. ;-)
