Any time something brings people with different experiences, backgrounds and opinions, there will be a discussion. Now as far as the foam in this boat, after looking and discussing it with twisted, we're going to start pouring foam above the deck. Up in the front of the bow in front of the pedal. In the back corners, and the seat box will be filled. The stringer will prob be full and sealed. Its perfectly sealed so I think its safe to fill. Were only trying to use as much of a 2 gal kit as poss. There is a small area under the forward deck and maybe the area just behind that section. If we're out or almost out of foam, it won't get any more. Gonna drill holes in all the corners of the little bulk heads just in case we don't fill under the deck. It'll still be sealed but at least water can drain if any ever gets in.

Got some work done on the boat today before it started raining, glued the bulkheads in, then started adding putty to round the corners from bulkhead to floor then the rain came and had to cover the boat. Hopefully I'll finish that tomorrow.

Got the bulkheads glassed in, just need to clean it all up, drill holes in the corners then level them off before the floor gets glassed in!

After I sand and clean up the glass on the bulkheads I will glass the stringer extensions in, did not have glass cut at the time we did the bulkheads and ran out of light outside.

Be confident, you have a plan. And a friendly gorilla with glass skills.

Yes he has been very helpful, definitely wouldn't be this far without his help and expertise.

Sanded and cleaned up the jagged glass, just have to sand and level the bulkheads to match the stringer so it lays flat, then floor gets glassed in! Got the adapter for my Smart craft system. Got to find a waterproof case and make a bracket for the dash. Love the digital all in one setup. All Bluetooth with lots of monitoring.

Cool setup. A little "crown" in the center of the floor is a good thing to help water run off.....

The bulkheads are a little taller than the stringer right now until the get sanded down.

Got the glass cut for the stringer extensions, hopefully can glass them in today

Are you setting the floor panel onto wet glass or putty? Or both?

Putty, however we are thinking of adding a strip of h80 to the top of one side of the bulkheads so it has about 1.5" and wider bonding surface.
