Beautiful boat. 4.0 Liter OMC V8s are my favorite.

    Congrats John.

    Gorgeous.

    Im jealous
I'd rather be competitive w/junk I built in my garage than win w/stuff I bought.

I refuse to allow common sense to interfere w/my boat buying decisions.

Pretty sure these are the two Monty V8's he bought from KimSwang off this board. Those powerheads were copies of mine, so should be 380ish hp. Kim rode in my rig when he lived in Vegas and that sent him down the Monty Racing road.
    Keith-

That's it we need Video with sound ,the best outboard racing was back in the V 8 Formula 1 days , many drivers lost their lives in competition, with speeds reaching 155 mph, with hairpin corners.

That is a beautiful setup. So tastefully done with the colors and matching cowlings. That area is beautiful too. Amazing.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. Keith is spot on. These are two of Kim's Monty motors. The boat is a 30' Superboat. As far as speed, I still don't know. This was the maiden voyage and other than some control issues, it all ran perfectly but with zero hours on the boat from my attempt at restoring it, this was just an easy cruise. Thanks again for the encouragement....I'm still learning

See if you can get a couple of Rev4's on there if you are able to test different props.
