25" 250 merc no lower

I am selling a running I believe 1998 mercury 250 efi 3.0 compression fairly even all came up between 100 to 110 lbs I have pics of each cylinders compression test test was done basically on a cold motor after boat was started for less than a minute after its winter nap I have a video of it running
The motor came with the boat I know nothing about it previous owner said it was cutting out at full throttle then would restart he was not sure if it was ignition or fuel problem
Has been run in salt came out of long island definitely some corrosion on the bolts as seen in the compression pics

Up date Ghost 28 knows the motor thinks it may be the electronics just want full disclosure

worth it for someone to buy that has some spare parts laying around to try and get it going...If i recall it only has 15 or so hours since rebuild....

Just to put it out there I am headed for pa just north of Philly on April 19th going thru Conn rt 89 and over the tappan zee around ny city to pa I will have an empty P/U and will drop it off anywhere along my rt but honestly not going to deviate much from my rt on a tight schedule.
