I kinda knew when I posted rocket stuff on a go fast boat forum - that these comments would come, I went for it anyway due to the humor factor in some of the statements.

I didn't know or care much about it, but now seeing more of it the news, gotta admit, damn impressed! 2 rockets landed in unison, 3rd ran out of fuel, and into the ocean. Rest is gone on a "Space Odessy"!

Yes, it is amazing....Not doubting it happened, but for both to land so perfect, and touchdown less than 2 seconds apart, it does beg one to wonder ... just a little.

    Didn't say it was fake....

Guess you miss-understood the first half of what I said... got to love internet conversations to leave context out.

They came down so in sync, that the tech had to be spot on, and it was. Only in a hollywood sci-fi flick have we ever seen this kind of perfection.

It did make me wonder, Just A Little. But hey...thanks for the vid....

After watching the SpaceX launch and the spaceman footage it kinda makes me wonder what those people who actually believe the Earth is flat are thinking.

LOL, The first thing I though when I saw these land was it was a computer simulation of what they expected to happen, much like what they were presenting before launch. Intellectually I knew it was real but was blown away emotionally that something we've seen as part of a SyFy movie was happening in real life.

I've always been a space geek, it something that stirs my soul, I can't explain it any better.

Joe, I've watched launches from that same spot which I assume is just north of the causeway bridge in the Indian river across from Titusville. I've also been lucky enough to watch one from the observation stands next to the VAB where the big NASA countdown clock is.

When we were on the boat the shock wave actually swung the boat on it's anchor. When we were at the VAB I actually had to wash soot off my clothes. Some of the best days of my life

The sonic booms on re-entry were so close that it was like a pack of fire crackers going off. For all of the non sayers, I think you need to add a trip to the Cape into your bucket list. I was very lucky to be with Z06 Man's sister (who worked at the cape) and their father was man number 3 "before NASA". These guys were the best commentators that you could ever ask for and have stories that you could make a movie script with.
