    WTB: 245 to 260 Conversion Parts

    Anybody have all of the parts to convert a 245 to a 260??
    Horn, injectors, linkage, electronics, etc.......
    I would like to have a severly blown 260 power head if available. (Hole in main block, bad crank & pistons)
    I'm getting ready to build a 245 and just wanted to see if I have any options to upgrade to fuel injection.

    Thanks but I really need all or least most of the parts to go with it. I don't want to just buy one piece here and there because I'm afraid I would never get everything I need.

    u will need the efi front block 1/2
    besides all the efi components
    try getting hold of troy green on here or FB
    he has lots of efi parts

    Thanks for the info, that's what I was told locally also.
    That's why I was hoping to find a blown 260.

    I also think someone on here makes an injector plate so you can use your front half and run 260/drag type injection
    current rides-

    He's selling a good running 260 with unknown hours cheap (he's down to $4k) and if he doesn't get it soon he will part out so either buy the whole thing or buy the parts you need maybe. He's a stand up guy to buy from too.

    a Laser EFI system will bolt right up to your 245 and works well. Another option.

    No and they start and idle great. Most say they give up a little to a horn on the top end.
