Reason I ask is I've managed automotive and marine shops for 45+ years. I've known many highly skilled and accomplished people with almost magical abilities. What they all have pretty much in common is a quiet confidence in what they know and what they can do, with no need to boast about it or prove how good they are. Many current and former members here display the same ability and demeanor.

On the other hand, there are more run of mill types who may be fairly good at what they do (or not), but have a MUCH higher opinion of themselves and are bursting to share that opinion with the world (no matter if the world wants to hear it or not) with relentless examples of "proof" of their skill.

Which example does tunnels sound like?

If you had an occasion to visit his shop at some point and see his work that would be one thing, but photos are a little too easy to come by in this world.

Here's a couple of my vacation photos as an example

    This is too much.

Just about everything he posts belittles everyone else . And his way is the ONLY way.

    Your all doing it wrong..

Anyone actually see ANY of his work he did himself?
That screen cap is ****ing ridiculous!

One of the downfalls of vbulletin is you can't BLOCK a person. A block needs to be like they no longer exist in this dimension, not seeing a post from them that says "this person is on your ignore list" - If I'm ignoring them then why the hell would I want to see a note saying so every time they post.

You can vacation on the moon?

His name now shows but what he says doesnt. It tells you that you have him blocked but gives you an option to view his post or unblock him. I need it to be more final. I assume he can see the same of my post. I guess thats how it works.

Nope, he can see what you post and respond to you. Ignoring on Vbulletin is just like putting in earplugs every time a certain person speaks, you can see them, they can hear and respond to you, but you can't "hear" them.

This message is hidden because tunnels is on your ignore list.

DAMN, you guys are brutal!.."brutally honest though"! Pete? Ya freaking nailed it this...

Yep, know some simple WIZARDS that word of mouth ALONE makes them a legend work done with out bragging will have many people standing in line. Reputation is the "advertising". But some the "others"? Spit chit, talk crap, and shoddy work. But they are "entertaining" for us real people.

OK, on the boat on the moon? Hmmm? If found a lake there? DAMN little gravity, no wind? If 100 mph here, be more like 600 mph up there! Might need to quadruple the pitch the prop though!
