Well, don't quote me but at the time they wanted every dealer to buy one - that went over like a lead balloon - I doubt if 200 of them ever went out the door -

Very few of the U.S. market "Classic 200" were bought by dealers. As few as eight. Even the Bass Pro Shops did'nt want them, but a few went to those stores. They sat loose on the showroom floors for a couple years or so before they moved. They were a standard 200, but priced much higher, so they were slow to go out the door. That's what this guy told me anyway...

...Boy, you can say that again Bernie, lol. Steve's home base is Merritt Island, Fl. and is constantly traveling the southeast calling on all the dealers & OEM's that need his vast knowledge & expertise. Works all the Boat Shows as well. Not to mention a super great guy...
