    Crt billet updates

CRT would like to give an update on the 2.5 billet block. We are very excited with the progress and development of our program including the addition of a 3.5/4.0 version! We have also been doing development and testing on new cranks, rods, pistons, rings, and other major components that include a 12" and 15" midsection! We plan to have an anodized 2.5 and 3.5 ready to be viewed at jasper. Below are pics of the 3.5 exploded view and the 2.5 gen 2 large center mains block and crank.

    .

    Wow!

    Very excited for CRT!

Please update us as more info becomes available!

What is the horsepower goal for the 3.5 motor?

On the second pic, are those acting as (3) different velocity stacks where the (3) will be available on the new motor?

The 3.5 should weigh about 350 lbs and produce around 550 horsepower! The 4.0 should produce around 650 hp. These are the horsepower goals.

The air management system in the second pic is a tune able, and stackable unit, we are also working on a horn type system as well.

650Hp means a lot of flow out the exhaust of a 60 degree block. Glad to see the effort being put into such a project.

Think Imco or MC #6. At 650hp a wet sump #6 should be good.
