Block looks awesome, what alloy is it made from ? Castings are a bizich to weld when crap goes wrong and it always does. Dave

All the windowed Mercury blocks I've welded up have been nice but super clean is the word . Old Harley cases are the best , Suzuki /gs 1000 / 1100 among the worst ! Originally Posted by H2OPERF

The engineering & machine work that went into this project is quite amazing ! Love the versatility of the block also. I,m sure we will see it running among us in the very near future.
